Policies and Waiver

Every family agrees to the refund policy and waiver during checkout. Questions: coachmoeathletics@gmail.com.

Refund and cancellation policy

All fees are non-refundable. When you enroll, you are reserving coaching time, facility space, and staff resources for your athlete. Payment is for that reservation, not only for sessions attended. Missed sessions are forfeited without credit, makeup, or refund.

Cancellation requests

To cancel, submit a written request by email to coachmoeathletics@gmail.com at least 30 days before your next billing date. The subject line must read "Cancellation Request: [Athlete's Full Name]." Verbal requests to coaches or staff do not count as cancellation and will not stop scheduled payments.

Installment plans

All scheduled installments remain due regardless of attendance or withdrawal. Missed payments may result in suspension from the program and referral to collections.

The one exception

If Coach Moe Athletics cancels a program and cannot offer a replacement, enrolled families receive a prorated credit toward a future program. This is the only circumstance in which a credit is issued.

Medical hardship

Requests based on a documented medical condition that prevents participation are reviewed case by case and require a letter from a licensed medical provider. Approved requests may receive a partial program credit, not a cash refund.

Chargebacks

Filing a dispute with your bank does not override this policy. Chargebacks will be contested using this policy and enrollment records. Families who file chargebacks in violation of this policy may be permanently suspended from all programs.

Participation waiver

Parents or guardians accept this waiver by checking the agreement box at checkout. Checking that box has the same effect as signing it.

Consent to participate

I am the parent or legal guardian of the athlete being enrolled, and I consent to my athlete taking part in training, camps, games, and other activities run by Coach Moe Athletics LLC and the CMA Basketball Academy Foundation ("CMA").

Assumption of risk

I understand that basketball and athletic training involve physical activity and carry a risk of injury, including serious injury or death. I knowingly accept these risks for myself and my athlete. My athlete will follow posted rules, safety signs, and coaches' instructions.

Release and hold harmless

I release and agree to hold harmless CMA and its owners, officers, coaches, staff, volunteers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or costs, including attorney's fees, arising from my athlete's participation. This includes claims based on negligence, but does not include gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Property

I am financially responsible for any damage to facility property or equipment caused by my athlete.

Photos and video

I give CMA permission to photograph and film my athlete during CMA activities and to use those images and videos for CMA's programs and promotion, without payment.

Medical

In an emergency, if I cannot be reached, I authorize CMA staff to seek medical care for my athlete. I am responsible for any resulting costs.

Severability

If any part of this waiver is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.

Privacy

We only collect information you give us when you enroll, donate, or contact us. We use it to run your athlete's training, process payments, and respond to you. We do not sell or rent your information.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout and are never stored by CMA.
